Remain in good standing with the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR)

The 8-hour Home Finance Resource course satisfies the course requirements for the HFR certification.
Learn How to:

- Lead buyers through loan prequalification, preapproval, and financing processes
- Implement Fair Housing practices and the NAR Code of Ethics
- Communicate market conditions to buyers
- Explain the different types of mortgage products, processes, and application requirements
- Help buyers with low credit scores secure financing

Complete ABR Designation Program
The Complete ABR Designation Program includes the required 15-hour Accredited Buyer’s Representative course and your choice of an approved 8-hour elective course. Together, these two courses will satisfy the education requirement of the ABR Designation.

Some courses that satisfy the elective requirements of the ABR designation are not listed above (or included with the program) because they exceed 8 credit hours. These courses are indicated as ABR electives on their respective pages.
