The 8-hour Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA (PSA) course satisfies the course requirements for the Pricing Strategy Advisor certification.
Learn How to:
- Perform a CMA to estimate the probable selling price of a property
- Analyze neighborhoods, regional markets, and trends
- Adjust comparables using averages and cost data
- Discuss CMA conclusions and implications with clients

Complete ABR Designation Program
The Complete ABR Designation Program includes the required 15-hour Accredited Buyer's Representative course and your choice of an approved 8-hour elective course. Together, these two courses will satisfy the education requirement of the ABR Designation.

Some courses that satisfy the elective requirements of the ABR designation are not listed above (or included with the program) because they exceed 8 credit hours. These courses are indicated as ABR electives on their respective pages.
