How To Earn an SRES Designation

Follow the steps below to earn a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation.

• Complete the two-day Senior Real Estate Specialist course at Champions School of Real Estate

• Remain in good standing with the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR)

• Maintain membership in the SRES council (annual dues are waived for the first year and are $99 thereafter)

The 15-hour Seniors Real Estate Specialist course satisfies the course requirements for the SRES designation. It also satisfies the elective requirement for the ABR and SRS designations.
