How To Earn an SRS Designation
Follow the steps below to earn a Seller Representative Specialist designation.

Complete the SRS course
The two-day, 15-hour Seller Representative Specialist Designation course may be completed in the virtual classroom at Champions School of Real Estate.

Complete an elective course
The elective course must be SRS-approved and worth at least 8 credit hours. Most electives may also be used for CE credit. All elective-eligible courses are labeled in this section.

Transaction history
Submit documentation of at least 3 transactions in which you acted as a seller’s representative.

Apply
Submit the SRS designation application to the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI).
Annual dues are waived for the first year. Fee is $99 thereafter.
NAR dues for 2023 are $150 per agent. This fee is billed through your local REALTOR® association.

Maintain active status
Remain in good standing with the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and in the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI).

The 23-hour Complete SRS Designation Program satisfies all educational requirements for the Seller Representative Specialist designation.
Required Seller Representative Specialist Course
You may take this 15-hour course by itself for CE credit. But to receive the SRS designation, you must also complete the additional required 8 hours of elective credit.

SRS Elective Courses
The following courses satisfy the elective course requirement for the ABR designation. Keep in mind that you may purchase them at a discounted rate within the Complete ABR Designation Program.
