If this is your very first license renewal in Texas, you need 98-hours of SAE credit to renew. We offer a convenient 98-hour package that includes three 30-hour elective courses plus the TREC required 8-hours of Legal Update CE credit. If you just need the 8-hour CE credit, they are available in a seperate package!
Online Required SAE Course Topics (Online Textbooks Available)
The course listed below is approved and required by TREC to be completed within two years of earning a Sales Agent license in Texas. It counts toward the 98-hour SAE renewal requirement. The purpose of this course is to offer Real Estate license holders a glimpse into the specialized world of Residential Mortgage Loan Origination. The course builds upon students' prior knowledge of the residential Real Estate Market and introduces activities and knowledge necessary for Mortgage Loan Originators to make informed decisions on what is best for their clients' futures. Students will gain a more detailed understanding of the mortgage loan origination process and the loan products available to homebuyers.
