Course Description
The purpose of this course is to offer Real Estate license holders a glimpse into the specialized world of Residential Mortgage Loan Origination. The course builds upon students' prior knowledge of the residential Real Estate Market and introduces activities and knowledge necessary for Mortgage Loan Originators to make informed decisions on what is best for their clients' futures. Students will gain a more detailed understanding of the mortgage loan origination process and the loan products available to homebuyers.

Course Description
