What to Expect from the Classroom Method
The Champions School of Real Estate® classroom delivery method offers instructor led classroom sessions that present all of the required hours for the course in the classroom. If required, course exams are administered on the last day of the class and are graded and reviewed by the instructor. Arrive Early on Day of Class
It is highly recommended that you aim to arrive for class 10-15 minutes early so that you have plenty of time to check-in and get settled before the lecture begins. When you arrive for class, your first stop will be at the front desk where a Career Counselor will be waiting to check you in and hand you any printed materials that you may need. The Career Counselor will direct you to the classroom and let you know where you can find the designated break area for complimentary refreshments. Please bring your photo ID when you check in.
Real Estate Continuing Education (CE) - In order to receive credit for a Real Estate CE course, students are required to attend the class in full. Late students will not be allowed to enter the class.
Loan Pre-Licensing Education (PE) - If a Loan Originator Pre-Licensing student is more than 20-minutes late to class, they will be required to reschedule for a different class date.
Appraisal Qualifying Education (QE) - If a student is late to an Appraisal QE course, they are required to make up their time by attending a future class session.

If any portion of class is missed, students are required to make up their time by attending a future class session prior to taking the Final Exam. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Report Course Completion Credit to the Appropriate Regulatory Agency
Upon successfully passing the final exam, you will receive credit for the course that will be provided to the necessary Regulatory Agency (TREC, TALCB, NMLS, etc). The method in which credit is reported differs depending on the type of course you completed. If you have questions about the reporting procedure for a class, please speak with a career counselor or reference the instructions for the course on your ChampionsSchool.com account.
