Reporting Real Estate Education Credit to TREC

Qualifying Education (QE)

Champions School of Real Estate^® does NOT report qualifying education credit to TREC upon course completion. Students may download the course certificates and email them to TREC, at documents@trec.texas.gov, or send them by mail. Credit may take upwards of 48 hours to post to your TREC profile once you have emailed the certificate(s).

Whether you have completed a course in-person or online, you can access your completion certificates in your student account. Visit your "My Classes" page and select "Access Course." If you have completed the course with a passing grade, the certificate will be downloadable via a link at the bottom of the page.

Upon completion of any course in the classroom, you will be provided with a printed copy of your course completion certificate in addition to the online version. This document can be scanned and emailed to TREC or sent to them by mail. If you completed a classroom course and need a fresh copy of your certificate, please call the campus that you attended.
Continuing Education (CE) and Sales Agent Apprentice Education (SAE)

All online CE and SAE course credit is automatically reported to TREC once the course has been completed. CE courses will require students to sign an online reporting form before the course is marked as complete. If applicable, you will be prompted to digitally sign the DER form upon receiving a passing grade in a course exam. Completing this step will mark the course as complete and ensure that the credit is uploaded.

Champions School of Real Estate uploads SAE and CE credit every six hours, starting at 6:00am daily. This means that it is possible that not all of your course credit will be uploaded to TREC at the same time. If you receive an upload confirmation email and some of your courses are missing, this means that they were completed at different times and will probably upload the following day.

Reporting Loan Originator Education Credit to the NMLS

Pre-Licensing Education (PE)

We automatically report all national and Texas pre-licensing course credit to the NMLS. If you take our pre-licensing courses in a state outside of Texas, we will report your national course requirement credits to NMLS. We will not, however, report credit for state-specific courses outside of Texas because we do not offer them.
Continuing Education (CE)

We automatically report all CE course credit to the NMLS.

Reporting Home Inspector Education Credit to TREC

Qualifying Education (QE)

Students must print out and mail course certifications to TREC with their applications. TREC does not accept online submissions of inspection QE course certificates.
Continuing Education (CE)

We upload CE course credit automatically to TREC once the course has been completed.

Champions School of Real Estate uploads CE credit to TREC every six hours, starting at 6:15am daily. This means that it is possible that not all of your course credit will be uploaded to TREC at the same time. Reporting Appraiser Education Credit to the TALCB

Qualifying Education (QE)

Students in Texas must submit their own QE course certificates online to TALCB. In cases where the student has their own license number, we will report QE credit automatically. Students outside of Texas must submit their own course certificates to the proper regulatory body.
Continuing Education (CE)

For Texas students, we automatically upload CE course credit to TALCB. For students outside of Texas, McKissock will automatically upload CE course credit to the proper regulatory body.
